Description: A Bed Race involves rolling beds down a local street and having your local community businesses, organizations, and clubs sponsor the beds. Teams consisting of 5 members race in two-bed heats until the winning bed is determined.

Bed Race U.S.A.™ is responsible, with your fundraisers’ assistance, for selling Major Sponsorships and Bed Entries. We will come to your community to solicit these. The timeline for our visits is 120, 90, 60, and 7 days prior to your Bed Race.

Your fund raising organization will be responsible for various logistical tasks. You will receive your Official Bed Race Package, which includes the following:

 The 100-page Let's Get Ready to Roll Manual, which contains all the necessary information needed to produce a successful Bed Race.
 A fast-paced 4-minute VHS videotape, to be used as a sales tool for media and sponsor presentations.
 Official Bed Race T-shirts will be delivered to you within sixty (60) days prior to the event. These may be distributed to your teams and/or sold by your organization as a fundraiser.
 We will need your artwork within 90 days prior to the event so that we may produce your Bed Race event banners and deliver them to you within 30 days prior to the event.
 Your Bed Race beds will be delivered no later than 30 days prior to the event, for distribution to your teams.
