Fun Raising Friday 21

WTF Fundraiser – The attention-getting name is short for a Wine, Theater, Food fundraising event for SB Dance in Salt Lake City, Utah. Organizer Stephen Brown said he tries to create a fundraiser that doesn’t feel like one. “WTF is a fundraiser dressed up as a screaming party; we often call it a fund-rager.” The event features dance performances in an up-close, cabaret style a new layout so guests can see better, DJ areas for partying and quieter lounges for catching up. The fundraiser offers an exclusive wine tasting plus seasonal fare from top area restaurants. Silent auction items also include exclusive restaurant and private chef packages.

Eighth Night For Ethan – A Hannukah-themed fundraiser in Loveland, Ohio raises funds for a 13-year old boy with catastrophic brain damage from a lightning strike this summer. Friends, family, and hundreds of supporters gathered in the school cafeteria on Eighth Night to show their support and raise money for medical expenses.
