Hi everyone!
I've been seeing a lot of requests for specific advice in some posts lately and would like to consolidate them here because it will be easier for you and for me.
So, take a moment and let me know what specific fundraising advice you are looking for.
Then, I'll write articles with tips on your particular requests.
Also, I've seen a couple of suggestions to put together some how-to videos and maybe even create a members only area with exclusive content.
That's a lot of work, so let me know if you are interested in something like that.
Thanks!

Good idea Kimberly! I'll start it off with a couple of suggestions:
Recruiting volunteers
House Raffle ideas
Suppliers you trust
Events that make more than $25k
School events that make more than $5k, $10k, $15k, etc.
How-to videos showing best sales techniques (raffles, product sales, etc.)
I know you already have articles on most of these, but they're kind of buried on your site.

I'd like more tips on designing an awesome raffle for a high school.
Video idea sounds pretty good too! |

I'm all for it, provided the quality is high (no worries there because your free advice is outstanding) and the price reasonable.
I believe there's great value in having access to a video series where you show us the best way to do things from start to finish on a fundraiser. And then we share it within our own organizations, be they school, church, or nonprofit.
For example, most groups I've been a part of over the years have not done enough to encourage more volunteers to participate. That results in a high burnout rate because then you are constantly calling on the same small group of people to get things done.
Betty
p.s.- Would love to have a video to share based on your article "What's In it For Me?" |

Anything that would help elementary school fundraisers from ideas to volunteers to sales and profit tips!
The video thing sounds kind of neat. I've printed out some of your articles before and given them to people, but a video would make it a lot easier to absorb the key points.
One that would be really useful would be seeing and hearing an actual sales pitch like the kind of one you talk about here:
